Far Hills Races

It was great day for a Steeple Chase at the Far Hills Races!
We set up the Tailgate event in the frosty, dark, wee hours of Saturday , October 23rd. 40,000. tailgaters drifted past the vendor village held at Moorland Farms in Far Hills New Jersey.

Outer air chamber prevents the bowl from sweating while keeping the inner chamber gel frozen. Each bowl comes with a stackable plastic lid. In our test results, a bowl was put in the freezer until gel was frozen. 35°F potato salad was placed in the bowl without lid and stirred every 30 minutes. After 8 hours the potato salad was at 38°F.
